    They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Defense Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully defending clients in civil litigation-related offenses.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients facing charges related to civil law, sexual abuse, assault, harassment, or similar offenses.
    2. Conduct thorough investigations, review evidence, and develop effective defense strategies tailored to each case.
    3. Represent clients in court proceedings, including arraignments, hearings, trials, and appeals.
    4. Negotiate with prosecutors to secure favorable plea agreements or dismissals, when appropriate.

    Requirements:

    1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    2. Admission to the State Bar of California and eligibility to practice law.
    3. 2+ years of experience practicing civil law.

    Salaries will be based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
