The city of Kehl is seeking a Product Area Manager (m/f/d) for Schools and Education for the newly formed department, starting as soon as possible.
This is a full-time, permanent position.

YOUR TASKS

  • Management of the Schools product area
  • General responsibilities as a school authority
  • Ensuring school child care
  • School development planning and preparation of school reports
  • Budget and personnel responsibility
  • Cooperation with the state school office, school management, parent representatives, actors in extracurricular youth work, city departments, and political bodies

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor of Arts/Diploma in Public Administration/FH) or training as a Public Administration Specialist (Administrative Training II)
  • First professional and management experience
  • Responsible and structured work style with the ability to work in a team and cooperate
  • Good negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with problemsolving skills
  • Committed and goaloriented leadership personality
