Head of Technical Operations (m/f/d) for a real estate developer in Berlin Schöneberg, to be placed in a full-time permanent position.

Our client specializes in residential and commercial construction projects. In addition to development, management, and leasing, the company is also responsible for site evaluation and acquisition.

Your responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for internal technical building management in all units and properties
  • Management of a team
  • Liaison between all involved parties
  • Control and monitoring of damage management
  • Execution of order processing, including cost estimation and proposal creation
  • Verification and invoicing of services rendered
  • Implementation and optimization of new processes

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical education or real estate training
  • Professional experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; basic knowledge of English is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and real estatespecific software
  • Quick comprehension and good time management skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
