**Experienced Driver Recruiter**
If you are an individual who is passionate about building relationships over the phone and discussing driving careers, have high energy and a positive attitude, and you have an attention to detail and capacity to deliver results, you will want to check out this opportunity We are looking for someone who is zealous about helping others find a fulfilling and rewarding career. The Driver Recruiter is the initial point of contact on the track of starting driver careers.
***T*** *raining:* Two weeks paid training that consists of instructional information, experiential learning, and aligned mentorship.
***T*** *otal compensation package:* Starting pay for experienced recruiters is a flexible hourly rate of $ $ commission. CRST provides health, vision, dental insurance, a 401K program, PTO, and eight standard holidays paid.
***T*** *eam* : You will work as part of a team who is committed to ensuring a high-touch, personal approach with driver candidates. The recruiter role is fast paced and encourages healthy competition. If you are
***T*** *ypical day* :
Finding and talking with possible CRST company driver candidates
Making and receiving calls throughout the day and can have engaging conversations with your candidates through the phone
Building trust and relationships with candidates and your team
Scheduling meetings, interviews, onboarding, training, and travel for your candidate
Being that initial point of contact for new drivers at CRST
***T****ransferrable experience**:* Someone who has a background in face to face or phone sales, one who knows about the transportation industry, a demonstrated ability to build relationships over the phone, and/or has experience in high volume or transportation recruiting.
