In addition to three residential care facilities in Charlottenburg, Frohnau, and Spandau, we also run a clinic with a focus on psychiatry, psychosomatics, and neurology in Berlin Zehlendorf, two assisted living facilities, and a diakonia station for outpatient care.

Our network of around 800 employees ensures medical and nursing care, as well as the provision of other services, for approximately 8,000 people in need in Berlin and the surrounding area each year.

We are currently seeking a:

Purchasing / Materials Management / Buyer (m/f/d)


The Purchasing department, with a team of three, ensures the supply of all necessary consumables, goods, and investments for our facilities.


Your tasks:

  • Clarifying needs, market research, obtaining and reviewing offers, participating in tenders
  • Creating decision templates, placing orders, checking order confirmations, tracking delivery dates, inspecting incoming goods
  • Processing invoices within and outside of the merchandise management system (AMOR3)
  • Picking of warehouse items
  • Maintenance of master data
