As part of the Capacity Management team at KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft AG, you will be responsible for ensuring the ideal staffing of our projects and mandates.

Your responsibilities:

As a working student (m/f/d) in Audit European Leadership - Administration, you will bring your studies in communication, media, humanities, social sciences, or business to the table.

You have excellent written and spoken English skills and are proficient in typing on a computer, preferably with a 10-finger system.

In addition, you have a strong command of Excel, including formulas such as SUM, IF, and VLOOKUP. Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and possibly SharePoint and Teams round out your qualifications.

Your profile:
Do you want to use your expertise to support the Audit department? Then this is the place for you:

You handle correspondence in English and German, including dictation.
Your tasks also include booking business trips, creating travel expense reports in SAP, and potentially processing visa applications.
You assist in planning and organizing virtual and physical events for the EMA region.
In addition, you take on other administrative tasks to support the team.
