    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate investment memo and pitch book creation for fundraising.
    • Manage detailed cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and underwriting for project profitability.
    • Update financial models weekly/monthly to ensure adherence to business plans.
    • Develop and improve financial models for new acquisitions and capital market activities.
    • Oversee operational budgets and accounting loan draw requests.
    • Integrate Yardi into financial models and track market trends.
    • Lead asset management efforts, including property management oversight and leasing negotiations.
    • Manage loan negotiations, legal agreements, and investor/lender reporting.
    • Lead deal team and transition financial models between acquisition and development phases.
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders and prepare materials for partner meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
    • 5-8 years' experience in financial analysis and modeling.
    • Experience in development or real estate private equity.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
