Title- Director of Finance
Location- Miami, FL
Duration- Full Time
Shift- Normal Day shift

Job Description-You will execute the company strategy with oversight over many departments.
Influence credit decision policy and pricing strategy.
Work with financial analysts and data scientists to improve credit decisioning.
Manage and organize company procedures.

Lead and develop a 7-person Asset Servicing team, handling main functions like Treasury management, Budgeting, Funding operations, Asset Management Reporting, and Accounting functions.

Manage various risk-based compliance, such as insurance policies.
Manage the company-operating model, ensuring its efficiency and profitability.
Experience required-Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, M&A or relevant experience in

strategy/management

consulting.
Experience working with cashflows and IRR.
Excellent financial modeling skills.
Advanced skills in Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent people, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience from a top-tier management consulting firm and a fast-paced high-growth company.
Intermediate or better skills at writing SQL queries.
CFA Level 3 and/or a graduate of a Top 10 MBA Program are preferred.
