    The candidate should be residing within 50 miles of a major airport within the respective regions.


    Job Summary:


    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving and presenting specific VSoft products and services to senior-level management among community financial institutions.

    In addition, he/she will be responsible for managing sales opportunities and the complete software sales process, which includes lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, initial customer positioning, effective product presentation and results-oriented closing techniques.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manages sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
    • Seeking for new prospects
    Strong prospecting skills to generate new opportunities.
    Solicits and maintains network of opportunities.
    Contacts prospective customers in assigned territory for determining their needs and degree of interest in company's products and services.

    Demonstrates specialized knowledge of Core Banking and its ancillary products including various financial solutions, market, and competitive intelligence.
    Performs sales presentations; ensures needed resources are available for effective demos.
    Prepares and presents proposals to clients and prospects utilizing existing VSoft programs and tools.

    • Performs sales activities within assigned territory.
    • Participates in professional association, conference, trade shows as required.
    RFP / RFI Management

    Manages & coordinates the entire RFP / RFI process with the marketing team.
    Ensure all sales support personnel assisting with a sale know as much about the prospective client as you do.
    Reviews all RFP's and RFI's before being delivered to a prospective customer.

    Negotiates, structures, and closes opportunities that meet prospects expectations and VSoft's ability to deliver.

    • Manages personal sales expenses.
    • CRM Management
    o Accurately forecasts monthly and quarterly revenues.
    Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required.
    Documents all meaningful discussions with prospects & clients, meetings & trip reports in the CRM system.

    • Documents future product needs and works with Product Management to facilitate enhancements if needed.
    Keeps informed of competitors' activities and products.
    Remains informed of VSoft's products and services to perform sales activities more effectively.

    Maintains positive customer relationships to maximize product/services satisfaction and obtain new sales.
    Advises management of breakdown in communications, loss of sales contact or service, and ensures corrective action is taken.
    Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.


    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.
    • 5+ Years sales experience having a successful track record selling software licensing for in house, Outsourced or SaaS

    • Knowledge of the banking/finance industry is required.
    • Experience with CRM management (Salesforce).
    • Specific banking software product sales, specialized training or more in-depth knowledge within product or service lines experience.
    • Results-oriented with strong, proven sales skills and successful selling experience.
    • Strong decision-making skills and excellent written and verbal communication
    • Effective time management, organizational skills, and a professional appearance.
    • Ability to communicate with C-level officers in the institution.
    • Must be motivated, have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
