- Thorough understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL databases
- Minimum 7 years of managing Operations and Automation using scripting or programming language (C#, Java, Python)
- Have experience with the qTest test management tool (or a similar tool)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to decompose complex problems and perform root cause analyses
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and SDKs
- Experience in creating metrics
- Good Customer Support experience, communication, and technical knowledge
- Understand in depth the Testing platforms, capabilities, processes, tools, and integration. What is currently available, what is being built, integration/dependencies, and the end-state view
- Ability to provide support from Dev and Ops perspective
- Analyze system requirements, existing business processes, and information systems
- Implement software applications that are more complex with full competency
- Work closely with existing resources to gain necessary knowledge of the systems and work independently to achieve desired results
- Work on Tricentis Products - qTest and TOSCA. Understanding of JIRA
- Provide on-call and after-hours support as required for production releases and respond and provide active resolution support on production outages
