- Install and conduct customer acceptance testing on a variety of machines, including EDM machines, swiss-style lathes, VTL's, boring mills, horizontal mills and shaft lathes.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical problems and perform necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot control system malfunctions
- Perform calibration and allignments
- Train end users on machine operation and maintenance best practices
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC maintenance and repair on a variety of brands and types of machinery
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Above average mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components
- Basic CNC programming and operation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience
- Ability to travel throughout the southeastern US on a weekly basis 100% of the time
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
