We are a medium-sized artisan bakery with our own network of branches and headquarters in Eggenfelden. We are looking for you to join our team as a Human Resources Manager.

Your responsibilities:

Professional and operational management of the HR department
Ensuring timely and accurate execution of all processes in the HR area
Point of contact for management and executives for all personnel matters and labor law questions
Representation during HR audits
Recruitment management in collaboration with executives
Participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements in the HR area
Strategic development of the HR department

Your profile:

Completed degree or commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in personnel management and management
Good knowledge of social security, tax, and labor law
Knowledge of payroll and time management
Good communication skills, selfresponsibility, and willingness to further education
