Responsibilities:
As a financial advisor, you will be the first point of contact for assigned customers for all financial needs.

Overall responsibility for assigned customer base
Conduct cooperative consultations within defined competencies (in person & digital/personal) (excluding real estate)
Consumer loans (easyCredit & Quick Loan) in the liquidity category (field of need: financing wishes)
Analysis of assigned customer relationships in terms of profitability, potential, and intensity of business relationship (deriving consultation intensity)
Identifying financial needs of customers
Needsbased and sustainable sales, if necessary, referral/integration of specialists from the bank or the Cooperative Financial Group
Conducting and documenting customer relationship management in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements
Targeted and active scheduling for customer base
Implementation of targeted campaigns for financial needs
Providing information and advice to customers on digital services (e.g. online banking, VR-BankingApp)
Acquiring new customers based on profitability and risk considerations
Participation and contribution to customer events and representing the bank in public (brand ambassador)
Active participation in continuous improvement process

Qualifications:

Completed training as a bank clerk
Knowledge of product and service offerings in the functional area
Strong customer orientation in consultation with a focus on sales and closing skills
