Position:


We are currently seeking a
Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) in part-time for our client, a well-known manufacturing company located in the Danville, CA area.

This position is intended to be filled permanently.

As the ideal candidate, you should have relevant experience with LOGA and be proficient in processing payroll.

We act as an external HR partner and will conduct initial interviews on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll for a designated group of employees
  • Maintaining timekeeping records and managing absences
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding social security matters
  • Communicating with external parties such as health insurance companies and pension funds
  • Preparing certificates and documents for audits
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents for audits

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent and relevant experience in independent payroll processing
  • Proficient in modern computer systems, including MS Office and LOGA
  • Uptodate knowledge of social security laws
  • Reliable, accurate, and dedicated work ethic

Type of position:
Part-time


Working hours:

  • Morning shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift
