    The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches.

    Their duties include researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports and overseeing a company's social media channels to ensure brand uniformity.

    Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events that align with Kodiak's business objectives.

    Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives to include email, social media, and paid advertising.

    Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
    Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
    Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
    Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
    Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
    Keep current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Education, Experience, & Training
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
    3 years of experience in marketing.

    Strong knowledge of marketing software tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing solutions, content and project management systems.

    Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
    Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
    Ability to travel, as necessary.
