- Provide general and clinical orientation to new staff members.
- Provide live annual training sessions monthly so you have time and opportunity to interact with the staff.
- Track training attendance, competencies, and state and federal requirements for all staff in Relias.
- Evaluate and educate individual needs of the staff at the center.
- Associate degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
- Two (2+) years' nursing experience required.
- Long-Term Care or SNF Nursing experience OR Clinical Education and Staff Development experience strongly preferred.
- Tuskawilla Nursing and Rehab Center, located at 1024 Willa Springs Drive, Winter Springs,Fl 32708 is a 98 bed skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans. We manage situations to create positive outcomes. COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of employment.
