- Coordinate inventory management of North America ports and support the sales team to keep the business in line with sales quotas.
- Consolidate sales forecasts and develop a weekly demand plan for production.
- Handle data entry and reporting for the category.
- Facilitate multiple weekly updates with sales, upper management, and production teams.
- Provide daily inventory reports.
- Track inventory and develop strategies to avoid product shortages for daily truck loading.
- Oversee the tracking of nonconformance fruit to resolve customer issues.
- Assist in resolving oversell situations.
- Coordinate activities between traffic, sales, and ports daily to ensure smooth truck loading operations.
- Support other assigned projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or International Commerce.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the produce industry and agricultural background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Supply Chain experience.
- Previous experience in the Produce industry.
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Understanding of import procedures and quality control practices.
- Knowledge of Produce Pro.

Description
Position: Sales and Inventory Coordinator
This opportunity involves managing the coordination of products among sales, entry ports, and production areas for DM's Core Products.
Maintain updated KPI Reports and enter Flat Files for third-party/commercial lines bringing products to ports in NE & SE. Collaborate closely with Traffic and Network Shipping to provide accurate information on Commercial Line vessels' arrival, delays, and relay this data promptly to Product Managers. Assist with maintaining accounting invoices for third-party vendors in good standing.
