At our headquarters in Kassel, we have an exciting opportunity for a
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (m/f/d)
to join our Social Services Application Development team in the Data Processing department. Our department is responsible for developing and supporting data processing procedures to assist our employees (m/f/d) in their tasks. We foster a modern corporate culture with flat hierarchies and open doors, and we are a forward-thinking employer in a regulated environment.

Your responsibilities

As a software developer, your main focus will be on the technical definition and development of data processing procedures. Your tasks will include:

Collaborating with one of our development teams to create and implement individual and complex client-server or web-based software
Participating in planning and conception using JIRA, as well as documenting in Confluence
Individually programming software elements using secure, stable, and established technologies, while also staying up-to-date with current technology trends
Working closely with team colleagues (m/f/d) and project management
Collaborating on cross-divisional projects with the State Welfare Association of Hesse, as well as the Rhineland and Westphalia-Lippe Regional Associations
