What do Management Assistants do?

Management Assistants have a diverse job that requires a love for organizing, managing, and working with numbers. A large part of your working time will be spent on the computer. Your tasks include bookkeeping with payroll and salary processing, as well as order, quotation, and invoice processing. You may also be responsible for tax and insurance matters, purchasing and sales, or inventory management. With your love for organization, organizational skills, enjoyment of working with office communication technology, and understanding of numbers, you ensure that all office processes run smoothly.
