As a leading system house for digital printing and direct digital printing based in Renchen, Baden, we develop and distribute comprehensive hardware and software solutions for industrial customers and advertising service providers both domestically and internationally.

Our team of 20 service and application technicians is deployed nationwide in Germany and in Switzerland, providing support for printing systems from leading manufacturers.

To strengthen our team in Renchen, we are currently seeking employees for the following position:


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordinating technician assignments for repairs, maintenance, and installations in the field
  • Order acceptance, quotation preparation, and invoicing
  • Timely scheduling of spare parts and consumables
  • Communication with customers related to orders
  • Maintenance of the product database in the inventory management system

We expect the following from you:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills with diplomatic finesse
  • Technical understanding
  • Strong initiative and high level of commitment
  • Ability to work independently and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Teamwork and enjoyment of working with people
  • Loyalty, sense of responsibility, resilience, and flexibility
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in using computer programs (MS Office)
