We are currently seeking a

Team Leader (m/f/d) Inventory Management / Merchandise Planning / Supply Chain
As a link between product management and intercompany logistics, you play a key role in efficient inventory management.


Your responsibilities:


  • You and your team are responsible for ensuring product availability in our central warehouse and at our locations.
  • You develop an operational monitoring system to identify potential errors in planning, availability bottlenecks, and storage constraints.
  • You implement a standardized reporting system to manage and improve key performance indicators in your area of responsibility.
  • You improve merchandise planning and tools in various product areas through appropriate quantity, forecast, and delivery planning.
  • You support the implementation of a new merchandise planning software.
  • You communicate with external partners and internal departments to continuously optimize information and product flows.

Your qualifications:


  • Degree in business (e.g. logistics / supply chain management) or equivalent qualification in logistics
  • Professional experience in inventory management, merchandise planning, and supply chain management
  • First leadership experience desirable
