    Description


    Elk River Health and Nursing Center of Fayetteville is a long-term care facility committed to providing superior care to their residents.


    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Professional to provide services in the areas of Human Resources, Payroll Processing and Accounts Payable.

    The ideal candidate will conduct all aspects of human resources practices and processes, recruitment, employee benefits, payroll processing and accounts payable.


    Duties include:
    Pre-employment recruitment/applicant sourcing

    Credential verification, background investigation and registry checks on selectees

    Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation

    Personnel file maintenance

    Employee benefits coordination

    Employee report tracking

    Maintain automated personnel database

    Timecard reconciliation

    Payroll processing

    Facility accounts payable processing

    The ideal candidate would possess the following experience:

    Proven work experience as a Human Resources professional or similar senior HR role

    In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as payroll processing, recruiting, and applicant sourcing

    Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations

    Experience processing accounts payable for business

    Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

    Employee benefits coordination

    From $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
