What you will do as a Technical Support Specialist:

. Provide technical support to customers

. Manage all documentation and inquiries related to battery storage system diagnostics

. Conduct battery storage system diagnostics

. Deliver exceptional customer and partner support

. Independently organize and conduct technical trainings for partners

. Plan on-site assignments for service and technicians for fault clearance and maintenance of battery storage systems

What you need:

. A passion for assisting customers and partners, with at least one year of experience

. A technical degree or diploma (such as in electrotechnology or engineering)

. A customer-focused mindset and a dedication to providing excellent service

. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to empathize with customers
