For our branch in Jenkintown, PA, we are looking for an Architect (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Phases 15: Implementation of concepts according to internal company guidelines for preliminary, building permit, sales, execution, and detailed planning for building construction
  • Accompaniment of planning rights in neighborhood developments
  • Building law processing with authorities
  • Creation of floor plans, elevations, sections, as well as data maintenance in 3D / BIM for commercial properties, residential construction, hotels, and care facilities
  • Independent drawing implementation of agreements with structural engineers, building physics experts, building services planners, and fire protection consultants, taking into account the applicable rules and DIN standards
  • Preparation of special request drawings, as well as the creation of execution drawings, such as precast plans and insulation plans for construction management
  • Collaboration in project teams with colleagues from project management, work preparation, construction management, customer consulting, and calculation in coordination with project development or branch management

Requirements:

  • Vocational training in the drafting field, a degree in architecture, or a university degree in building technology or a comparable degree
  • Several years of professional experience as an architect, preferably in urban planning
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook), as well as preferably the drafting software Allplan (Nemetscheck)
  • Experience in dealing with planning and building regulations
