Your Responsibilities

  • Leading, motivating, developing, and coordinating the team
  • Creating evaluations and reports
  • Implementing and further developing processes and tools
  • Acquiring technical locations in the designated search areas
  • Negotiating new lease agreements with the aim of achieving the best possible commercial results
  • Developing concepts and strategies for the longterm security of technical locations
  • Optimizing rental costs through market research
  • Collaborating on location optimizations
  • Taking over budget planning and control for the team
  • Working on crossdepartmental and crossfunctional projects
What We're Looking For

  • Commercial or technical vocational training with relevant professional experience in the telecommunications industry or a successfully completed degree
  • Knowledge of leading employees
  • High motivation for change and shaping
  • Negotiation skills for contract negotiations
  • Proficient in PC usage: MS Office
  • Goal and resultsoriented approach
  • Very good German (at least level C1) and good English skills (at least level B1)
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
