    Open Position: Middle East Analyst at Hoplite Group

    • Start Date: Immediate
    • Location: Hoplite Group Regional Office (Middle-East)
    • Accommodation & Travel: Provided

    Hoplite Group is seeking passionate individuals interested in utilizing their research and analytical skills to focus on the Middle East region. Join our team in the flagship Publicly Available Information atmospherics project, dedicated to public sentiments and media analysis in the greater Levant. This role involves daily correlation of media data, analysis, and collaborating with local national analysts focusing on Iraq, Northeast Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan at our Fusion Cell in the Middle East.

    Job Requirements

    • U.S. citizen with at least three years of experience in Publicly Available Information research covering Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan.
    • Bachelors or Masters Degree related to Middle East studies.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Middle Eastern security, social/cultural, and political landscapes.
    • Experience in media and social media analysis.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in teams effectively.
    • Desired: Recent travel or work experience in the Middle East, Arabic language proficiency.
