    Highly motivated & qualified individual wanted to provide Information Collections support for a federal client.

    Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:

    • Analyzes Information Collection packages submitted by Bureau Offices for adherence to Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) mandates.
    • Assists program officers in submission of complex Paperwork Reduction Act packages to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for final approval.
    • Acts as the liaison between client and OMB for PRA issues and helps collate the annual Information Collection Budget.
    • Ensures the client's web sites comply with the PRA by following the client's implemented validation program.
    • Identifies government offices that are not complying with the client PRA mandate.
    • Coordinates and presents the Annual Information Collection update.
    • Documents, monitors, and closes all tasks assigned in the Business Matrix workflow tool.
    • Prepares reports and data calls as required
    • Collaborates with the data/forms team regarding status of collections.
    • Works with the Privacy, PII, Federal Registers and NARA as required.
    • Self-motivated and able to manage priorities among multiple demanding tasks.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
    • Work professionally and collaboratively with the government customer and other members of the project team.

    Minimum Education:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Four years of additional work specific experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education.

    Active security clearance required
