Experience & Platform Exploration:
Identify and explore new experience and platform opportunities supporting Market KPIs while defining long-term visions and strategies.
Backlog Management:
Plan and prioritize product features for development, ensuring alignment with business value and ROI alongside Product Management.
Experience & Platform Requirements:
Translate business needs into platform requirements and priorities for Minimum Lovable Products (MLP), emphasizing privacy, security, DEI, accessibility, sustainability, and ethical design.
Prototyping & Design:
Refine prototypes, UI/UX designs, and final specifications based on MLP requirements and KPIs.
Product Build & Testing:
Oversee integration of code into existing platforms, conduct usability and experience testing, and facilitate acceptance testing to ensure alignment with user stories and quality standards.
Trials & Release Management:
Conduct final trials, facilitate technology and employee trials, and support Market Product Managers in release management.
Drive ongoing optimization and refinement of experiences and platforms to enhance market engagement and address user feedback and errors.
Reporting & Inquiry Management:
Establish reporting structures for customer behavior tracking, ensure data transparency and documentation, and manage information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools and technologiesExperience in strategic planning, product management, and user experience design.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies.
