Are you passionate about finance?

With a dual study program at our company, you will gain comprehensive insights into the world of finance. You will start in one of our branches, where you will learn about customer service and consulting. Afterwards, you will explore all departments that work together to successfully complete daily business operations. These departments include marketing, wealth management, and credit.

In addition to intensive technical discussions, active participation is a key aspect of the training. We also support you in your education through our in-house lessons, which connect theory and practice.

To make your entry into our bank easier, you will also have a mentor who is a more experienced apprentice.


During the program, you will be trained in traditional subjects such as banking, economics, and law, as well as current banking-specific topics such as risk management and electronic banking.


Requirements:
High school diploma with a good grade point average

Vocational school:
Dual University of Baden-Württemberg Mannheim, DHBW (block study)
