Administration Development/Agile Coaching Employee

The Department for Administration and Management Development (VME) is looking for you as an employee for administration development and agile project management at the earliest possible date, full-time or part-time (tandem).

This is a permanent position with the city of Karlsruhe; the position is limited in time due to a parental leave replacement.

Depending on qualifications and professional experience, the position offers development opportunities up to pay grade 11 TVöD or salary group A 12 LBesOBW.

The VME focuses on the transformation of the administration and the promotion of a positive corporate culture in its work.

It accompanies and initiates strategic change and implementation processes.
