STRATEGY CONSULTANT FOR ESTABLISHING A LOCATION IN THE BERLIN & HAMBURG AREA

(MANAGING) CONSULTANTS / (SENIOR) MANAGERS / (EXECUTIVE) DIRECTORS

in Transformation Strategy & Execution

To realize our growth strategy, we are looking for a team of 2-4 strategy consultants to establish our future project business in the Hamburg and Berlin area, while also integrating into the overall team of Next Digital Group with a campus in Meerbusch/Düsseldorf.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for developing our future project business in the Hamburg and Berlin area in the existing business areas of Marketing Transformation, Business Transformation, People Transformation, and Technology Transformation
  • You will expand your personal network of clients, generate new projects and clients, and be responsible for developing consulting fields, external communication, and client outreach, especially in the Hamburg and Berlin area
  • You will support our existing project business nationwide and participate in projects related to digital transformation
  • You will support our company development through leadership responsibilities and active participation in our internal projects
  • You will take active responsibility for establishing a location in Hamburg, initially in a professional co-working space
  • You will regularly be present at our campus in Meerbusch/Düsseldorf, just a few minutes
