Your role:
As a team leader (m/w/x) for the Contouring & Polishing WSC team, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of approximately 25 employees within the Wafer Stage Manufacturing segment

You will:

Ensure communication with all relevant interfaces (partner departments, engineering, development, etc.)
Optimize and manage your area of responsibility based on transparent KPIs (such as delivery reliability, quality, and costs)
Increase and sustainably stabilize the availability (OEE) of the assigned machine park
Support the commissioning of equipment and processes
Conduct improvement projects with your team and actively oversee their implementation
Promote teamwork and continuously develop employees

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical university degree
Ideally, some experience in optics manufacturing
Basic knowledge of business administration and excellent SAP and MS Office skills
A communicative and integrative leadership style combined with a goaloriented and highly structured way of working
Experience with Lean and Six Sigma
A high level of teamwork skills
