- Work with key business stakeholders to configure, test, and implement various SaaS applications with support from vendor services
- Perform system administration and maintenance to both in-house and hosted programs - creating usage reports, ROI analysis, business analysis, etc.
- Manage, monitor, and complete day to day operations of assigned SaaS applications
- Meet and/or exceed customer satisfaction ratings, incident resolutions time, and technical response time
- 2-5 years of business application analysis experience
- Experience gathering requirements and sharing updates with stakeholders
- Experience working within financial institutions preferred but not required
