    The Role – What You'll Do
    Application Programmer Analyst's perform coding, debugging, testing, configuration, and analysis to develop or modify application programs and websites.

    They work with other departments and staff to conduct analysis of functional and technical requirements to create necessary specifications for new applications and changes to existing ones.

    They utilize a variety of programming, scripting, and database languages to produce efficient code and produce application documentation, process diagrams, and data flow diagrams.

    Analysts also provide support for implementing, enhancing, integrating, and maintaining applications.
    Qualifications That Move Us
    Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in related field
    3+ years of experience
    Programming/Scripting Languages– SQL, PowerShell, Visual Basic, C#, ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript
    Experience with Visual Studio, SSDT, SSMS, and Microsoft Access
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and programming references
    Good inter-personal communications skills in order to facilitate requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and support duties
    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and help files/instructional documents
    Be able to adapt to new situations and find creative solutions to problems
    Ability to gather requirements from users and design technology solutions to meet their needs
    Document the coding so that others can utilize it
    Demonstrate the user interfaces and applications use and train users to utilize the applications developed
    Manage priorities and communicate with direct supervisor to get guidance on order of tasks and any deadlines that will be missed
    Provide estimates on the length of time and level of effort required to complete the development and programming of requests
