Conduct quality control and take necessary measures in case of deficiencies, as well as final inspection (general property management).
If needed, recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff (possibly keep records of work hours).
Advise clients and sell additional services, create or adjust offers and performance specifications, take glass measurements.
