On behalf of our client company from the public sector, we are currently seeking a
Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Oswego, NY as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for deriving and applying legal regulations
- You will draft contracts, taking into account regulations such as salary increases, coverage during parental leave or illness, occupational bans for pregnant employees, and parttime employment
- Review and processing of applications related to personnel matters
- Support the team with all administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or a degree in Human Resources, Administration/Law
- Previous experience in the public sector is advantageous
- Good knowledge of English is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems
- Diligent, efficient, and able to work independently
