For our department Value Stream Filling/Lyo/Visual Inspection in Marburg, we are currently looking for a:

Laboratory Worker Visual Inspection 2 (m/f/d): R-195503
(Full-time / permanent / union)

Application deadline:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections on partially finished freezedried and liquid products using a variety of error criteria through manual, semiautomatic, or fully automatic methods
  • Resolve minor malfunctions on semiautomatic or fully automatic machines (e.g. repositioning fallen or jammed vials, clearing jams on the production line)
  • Perform inprocess controls during aseptic product filling (working in cleanroom class C and B)
  • Prepare workstations, for example by following checklists (preparing for workstation release)
  • Supply workstations with necessary materials and products for the job, and check for completeness and compliance with the order
  • Perform cleaning and disinfection measures according to GMP standards
  • Document completed work steps
  • Identify and resolve abnormalities/malfunctions on semiautomatic and fully automatic machines, if necessary report to supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Typically 13week training period
  • Selfmotivation, attention to detail, and a teamoriented work style
  • Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
