As a working student, you will gain comprehensive insights into the tasks of the "Convenience" tax department and get an impression of the tax department of an established retail group.

You will support the tax experts and assistants with various tasks in the areas of income and sales tax and get to know the corresponding interface areas.


What you will achieve with us:

  • You take on responsibility: In close cooperation with the sales tax specialists, you prepare the sales tax reporting (preliminary returns, annual declarations, summary declarations).
  • You look to the future: You support the activities for further expansion of the sales tax Tax Control Management System.
  • Achieving more together: You support the team in providing tax advice to the REWE Group, Convenience division, through professional research on all tax topics.
  • You have everything in view: From taking on organizational and administrative tasks to supporting in invoice verification and deadline monitoring, to processing inquiries from tax authorities and tax audits.
  • Your ideas for the future: You support in the further development and implementation of administrative processes and the IT tools used there.
