We are currently seeking a General Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at a family-run company group in Elmira, CA.


As the General Manager at AZ-Gruppe-Deutschland GmbH, you will play a central role in the strategic direction and growth of the company.

Together with Managing Director Nenad Azizovic, you will actively shape the future of the company and develop it into a full-service provider with high-quality solutions in the areas of cleaning, security, facility services, personnel services, pest control, and industrial services.


Your responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve company goals
  • Establishing solid structures to optimize business processes and increase efficiency
  • Expanding sales and customer relationships
  • Identifying market opportunities and implementing them in new business areas
  • Developing business plans and budgets to support the company's strategy
  • Leading and motivating the management team

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a business administration or similar degree program, or equivalent qualification (education, experience)
  • Several years of experience in a leadership position in business development, ideally at a large corporation
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership competence
  • Experience in sales and building customer relationships
  • Good knowledge of finance and budgeting
  • High selfmotivation, assertiveness, and resilience
