- Bachelor's or graduate degree from an accredited college/university

Description
Job Overview:The Director of Development is responsible for managing activities related to the analysis, planning, execution, control, and evaluation of revenue-generating strategies as it relates to fundraising. Works closely with the Development Committee of Board of Directors, as well as CEO and select executive staff members for all fundraising programs designed to support and grow the mission of Firefly Autism. Serves as a thought leader to plan and execute every aspect of Firefly Autism's development. Build strong donor and community relations to enhance diversified funding streams. Serve as a member of the senior leadership team providing input into the strategic direction of the organization.
