    We Want

    An "Executive Personal Assistant" to support the agency principal and day-to-day agency operations. The future growth opportunity is to eventually transition this person into a more senior management role responsible for running the agency's admin and HR functions. Or, this may evolve into a sales/marketing role—we are open to the possibilities.

    We are looking for applicants local to the Providence, RI office to work in the office 2-3 days per week and the rest from home. NOTE: This role may require occasional travel back and forth to NYC with agency principal (at the cost of the agency).

    You Are:

    • Highly organized
    • A quick and eager learner
    • Detail-oriented, especially with regards to spelling, grammar, etc.
    • Able to leverage technology/software to improve processes and efficiencies
    • Comfortable in spreadsheets and project management software (we use Asana)

    You will:

    • Produce daily itinerary for for the principal, including:
    • Managing personal and business calendars
    • Managing personal and business inboxes
    • Managing personal and business travel
    • Handling personal bills and other miscellaneous errands/commitments
    • Managing volunteer and philanthropic commitments (board member positions, mentor/mentee arrangements, etc.)
    • Maintain agency's sales pipeline (CRM), keeping all opportunities documented and updated
    • Join agency principal on new business calls to take notes and update CRM
    • Assist agency principal in building proposals for hot/warm opportunities as well as RFPs
    • Co-manage agency's business development consultants (scheduling regular meetings, disseminating updates, etc.)
    • Work with agency principal and COO to tabulate, maintain, and report on agency performance metrics (i.e., making sure all team members are tracking time, calculating potential new business dollars and inserting that into dashboards on a weekly basis, etc.)
    • Help design, execute, and continually improve agency's customer experience (checking in with clients regularly, improving client onboarding, sending gifts/swag to clients, etc.)
    • Manage and evolve agency's employee experience (devising fun activities for team socials, making sure birthdays and anniversaries are celebrated, etc.)
    • Work closely with agency's PEO to disseminate information regarding benefits, renewals, etc.
