I am a 40 year old woman, who has Spina Bifida as her primary disability, among other conditions. I live in Walpole Ma (closer to Foxboro/Gillette).

I am seeking day to day as well as back up PCA assistance with various ADLs and IADLs including but not limited to:
bathing and skin care, toileting, laundry and general housekeeping, shopping and errands, cooking etc. PCAs should be reliable and responsible, easy-going, and willing to learn new things and adapt as needed.

PCAs must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work and be able to go on errands and be willing to have a CORI check.

I would prefer a female PCA and someone who has a nursing/CNA/HHA background is a bonus for me. PCAs will be paid $19/hr. bi-weekly through Tempus Unlimited, Inc. and pay rate is non-negotiable. Shifts are generally 3-4 hours daily M-F. Flexible on times, best discussed during the interview. Must be consistent.
