    Job DescriptionSalary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually DOE

    Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs.     Position: Community Relations Liaison

    Job Summary: The Community Relations Liaison will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with various community stakeholders. Primarily responsible for working closely with the Director of Business Development to engage with community organizations to promote awareness of our services and build partnerships that support our mission, through effective communication and collaboration. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Identifies, establishes, and maintains relationships within a specified territory of the behavioral health and addiction treatment community.
    • Assists the Director of Business Development in developing the facility's comprehensive business development plan, both short and long-term.
    • Actively engages in networking events, conferences, and community outreach activities to represent the organization at industry functions and identify potential partnerships.
    • Conducts regular meetings and presentations with referral partners to provide detailed information about our treatment services and the benefits of collaboration.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client referral process.
    • Subject matter expert of our program and can discuss the details in depth with potential and incoming clients.
    • First point of contact for all specified referral sources.
    • Monitors the KIPU referral management system and produces specified reports on referral data.
    • Demonstrates positive service outcomes and overall satisfaction of key stakeholders.
    • Assists in monitoring productivity and quality service standards of LBHS.
    • Cooperates in and supports LBHS's quality and performance improvement activities and initiatives.
    • Supports and works with the Director of Business Development, Chief Development Officer and Executive Leadership toward developing, fostering, and maintaining positive, proactive relations with the community.
    • Supports LBHS culture that honors individuality while promoting collaborative effort and teamwork.
    • Participates and supports employee surveys to promote cooperative, interactive, supportive, and collective entrepreneurship.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience/Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a clinical field, or equivalent experience.
    • Valid State of Ohio Driver's License, car insurance, and willingness to travel within the community.
    • Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.

    Desired Experience/Certifications:

    • 3+ years of marketing or business development experience.
    • Knowledge of behavioral health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources.
    • Proven success in positive relationship development and training/mentoring.
    • Strong clinical background.
