    State Farm – Wesley Wilder Insurance office is looking for a talented go-getter to join the team Wesley Wilder is a well-established, 2nd generation State Farm Insurance Agent who is seeking a talented and bright Insurance Customer Service Representative for this In-Office, Full Time (Mon-Fri) position. The successful candidate will have or be able to obtain the qualifications listed below.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Provide information to customers about products that meet their needs.
    • Conduct policy reviews with customers for auto, home, life and all personal lines insurance.
    • Ensure customers are properly insured after reviewing policy options with them.
    • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Actively promote and sell products or services to customers, utilizing effective sales techniques.
    • Help the team conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account management.
    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Use leads and referrals to achieve sales goals.
    • Overseeing day-to-day tasks and assisting Agent.
    • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
    • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a public-facing Customer Service position.
    • At least 1 year of sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
    • Property and Casualty license preferred. If employee is not licensed, they will have approximately 2 months to obtain license.
    • Life and Health license preferred. If employee is not licensed, they will have approximately 2 months to obtain license.
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
    • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
    • Self-motivated.
    • Proactive in problem solving.
    • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
    • Desire to continue to learn and improve negotiation and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of account management principles and practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
    • Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools for managing customer accounts.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook Calendar.
    • Excitement to learn and improve existing skills.
    • Ability to start conversations, meet new people and talk in front of any size audience.
    • Professional appearance a must
