Description
Must have completed high school or equivalent.

Computer literacy, efficient keyboarding, and experience with medical scheduling programs

EMR knowledge

Medical Office experience

Insurance eligibility knowledge is a plus

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Desires to be part of a high functioning front office TEAM

Address patients, visitors, and co-workers in a pleasant and respectful manner.

Maintains the dignity and confidentiality of all patients.

Pays close attention to detail, reviewing all patient information thoroughly for errors.

Must be able to work independently on a project.

Shift is 8a-4p Monday

Job Duties:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Scheduling
  • Correspondence with other providers
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Checking Insurance Eligibility
  • Travel to satellite office with physician
  • Attach medical records

This Job Is:
