    Description
    Transportation Electrification Brand Manager
    Our client is seeking a Transportation Electrification Brand Manager to assist their organization.

    The Transportation Electrification Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in marketing the experience of charging for customers, events to increase interest in the customer's electric vehicle adoption, marketing management of their costs and savings electric vehicle calculator tool, and other miscellaneous marketing projects.

    This position demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal guidance, and a talent for solving complex problems with innovative perspectives.

    This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.

    Transportation Electrification Brand Manager Responsibilities
    Develop and execute marketing strategies for customer charging options and experience programs.
    Manage a portfolio of customer programs and services, ensuring alignment with performance goals and strategic objectives.

    Lead initiatives to execute innovative, cost-effective marketing and promotion plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders to prepare impactful collateral and communications.

    Coordinate company presence at trade shows and industry events, identifying new channel distribution opportunities.
    Serve as a subject matter expert for industry developments and trends, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and evaluate potential product enhancements.
    Analyze complex data to inform strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    Design and implement customer service processes that enhance the overall customer experience.
    Plan and execute customer-facing marketing events, setting objectives, selecting venues, and coordinating activities.
    Manage project budgets, track product performance, and analyze promotion/channel effectiveness to inform future marketing efforts.
    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
    Provide reports and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

    Transportation Electrification Brand Manager Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

    5 or more years of experience in marketing, sales, project, or program management in a customer-centric environment or related field.

    Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and contribute to a positive team culture.
    Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for innovative thinking.


    Preferred:
    B2C marketing experience.
    Experience acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
    Ability to thrive in a positive team environment.
    Energy industry experience.
    Marketing certification.


    Compensation:
    $38-$48/hr. (DOE)
