- Develop knowledge and understanding of client applications and technologies in need of support.
- Troubleshoot systems, databases, and user issues, as needed.
- Identify system defects based on technical analysis of system and customer issues. Resolve more technically complex issues received from other technical staff.
- Using client-approved software/technology, develop and modernize legacy applications.
- Develop knowledge base, standard operating procedures and support to improve IT service support, as required.
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, Java Spring Framework, VueJS, AJAX, .Net Core 2.1 Entity Framework, and Oracle/PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of and experience implementing Java Portlet Specification 2.0 (JSR 286).
- Experience developing on Liferay platform.
- Active Tier-2 Public Trust (MBI).
