- Develop effective treatment plans based on inspection findings and implement appropriate pest management strategies
- Safely and accurately apply pesticides, baits, traps, or other treatment methods to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations
- Educate customers on pest prevention measures and recommend actions to maintain a pest-free environment
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and recommendations
- Follow company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure safe handling and application of pesticides
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatment methods, and safety protocols through ongoing training and professional development
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve organizational goals
