Experience

  1. Scheduling reservations of the clients (Corporate/Individual) through inbound calls, emails, live chat & online reservations. Maintain constant communication with Clients, chauffeurs, management, accounting, and reservations staff. Facilitate an open working relationship between all departments.
  2. Monitors all activities of the department to ensure that all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and controls property-wide are enforced.
  3. Maintaining dispatch department daily. The dispatch department is responsible for dispatching 80+ executive chauffeurs, coordinating vehicle utilization, and participating as a member of an extremely professional team within a quality-driven service company.
  4. Responsible for hiring, performance management, and employee engagement within the department. Provides training opportunities, and constructive and positive feedback at all levels. Creates a motivating environment.
  5. Providing direction and guidance to the chauffeur base to minimize needless delay, expense, and service issues. Have a strong working knowledge of the tri-state area (NY-NJ-CT) and its surrounding airports.
    In charge of scheduling chauffeurs for the next day. Monitoring the daily schedule and assisting the dispatch department as needed.
