Our client, a provider of photovoltaic power plants and equipment, is seeking a new member for their project delivery team.

This role requires a combination of project management and consulting for customers. You will be part of an international team spanning from China to the USA, with a home base in Germany. Your main responsibility will be representing customers during the construction phase of their PV plants in Germany and the rest of Europe.

Position

  • Title: Senior Project Manager
  • Reports to: Team Leader Project Delivery

Responsibilities

Manage customer contracts, including scheduling, logistics, team leadership, customer communication, reporting, and billing.

  • Participate in handover meetings with the sales team to fully understand customer objectives and project requirements.
  • Coordinate required resources for the project with the relevant technical services team leader and conduct a kick-off meeting.
  • Prepare and manage multiple complex work packages, including laboratory testing, contract review, factory inspections, power plant inspections, performance analysis, and research and development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables to meet customer deadlines.
